Some typical comments about the training:
Great ideas on how to manage the stressful workload. This training will help me understand the underlying issues that our complainants are facing so I can better help them.
Instructor ran a very lively, interactive and engaging class. One of the best I’ve ever taken. Good pointers on how to handle upset employers and spouses! Superb class and instructor.
Our office is in great need of teambuilding and regaining trust. This was a positive step toward improving our working culture. Loved no PowerPoint!
I feel a genuine sense of closeness and trust in my coworkers that I hadn’t before!
I will be able to apply many techniques highlighted in this training for myself and in transforming and de-escalating/managing conflicts.
Your training will be unforgettable. It will make me a better CSHO. Training was awesome.
A lot of things that came out really inspired me to get more involved with my co-workers.
This can be a tough group to work with and you helped us address this interesting material.
Instructor was awesome. Kept everyone engaged, even ones that didn’t want to.
Learned real life skills that are incredibly useful. Very interactive and provided great teambuilding exercises to bring the group together.
I liked the fact that you kept everyone involved and you rolled with the class. You have a sense of humor and you didn’t make everything ‘your way’ or the highway.
All topics presented were right on point. Everything was relevant in professional and personal life. Flow of course presentation was energetic, engaging and fun. Recommend course and presenter return for periodic refresher.
